Cooking with Ms. M #6: Corned Beef(not) and Cabbage Strudel with Pork

I saw this recipe in the Weight Watcher’s weekly (Yes, I am a weight watcher member. No, I don’t count points, but that’s a story for another day). I had some phyllo dough in the freezer I needed to do something with. I didn’t have corned beef, but I had plenty of leftover crockpot pork loin.

  1. This looks good, Michele. Was it a lot of prep? Also, I don’t have a Greek husband to handle the phyllo dough….

    • It was good. Prep was easy just the phyllo is delicate. You could probably use whatever leftover you have on hand and if you layer the phyllo in a pan you dont have to roll it.
